Hours are fair for pretty much all but night students. Owned by Sodexo, so not the same policies or precise customer service you can expect from a corporate store (I used to get a paid refill, for about 60 cents all the time here). They do take Starbucks gift cards.”

“Hidden gem in Palatine! Charming little Cafe and gallery with items from around the globe I including one of a kind jewelry, art and accessories. Very clean with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Organic coffee and tea and many organic food items as well, including salads and sandwiches. The women working there were extremely warm and inviting. We ordered at the counter and they brought us our teas and salad. Will definitely be back. I spotted several items there that I wouldn't mind getting for a valentine's day gift or a birthday gift! :)”

“This Panera is great. After placing our order I went back up to the register to order another small French loaf for my son. They were all out as it was night time, and the manager was kind enough to give us some sourdough on the house. It was a good experience and the manager was so kind. I wish I had gotten her name. By her sharing the bread like that it was really proving what Panera stands for. 5 stars.”
