“I toured about 6 different communities before moving my dad to The Grand. My mom passed away 6 months ago and my dad quickly fell into a depression. He just didn't care anymore. He didn't want to move but I knew I needed him somewhere safe and I knew this was the place. Staff made us feel completely welcomed from day one. It truly feels like a family. He has been at his new home for only two months and is already back to his happy go lucky self. I just wish my mom could have experienced this with him. She would have loved it just as much as my dad and I do.”

“This Panera is great. After placing our order I went back up to the register to order another small French loaf for my son. They were all out as it was night time, and the manager was kind enough to give us some sourdough on the house. It was a good experience and the manager was so kind. I wish I had gotten her name. By her sharing the bread like that it was really proving what Panera stands for. 5 stars.”
