“I love this place and the people here! I was a runner for years and started to notice the damage. Last August, I started searching for a yoga studio. This is the third yoga studio I tried, and after only one week decided to become a member. The environment is very clean, welcoming and calm. The instructors are great! They truly care about Yoga and helping students. They emphasize the connection of body and mind. They also offer a variety of classes. I take hot yoga (Bikram), Hatha yoga, Pilates, Rocket Yoga and Yin Yoga. After several months practice, I became more toned and flexible learning how to listen to my body, and carrying that awareness into daily life.
