“I love this place and the people here! I was a runner for years and started to notice the damage. Last August, I started searching for a yoga studio. This is the third yoga studio I tried, and after only one week decided to become a member. The environment is very clean, welcoming and calm. The instructors are great! They truly care about Yoga and helping students. They emphasize the connection of body and mind. They also offer a variety of classes. I take hot yoga (Bikram), Hatha yoga, Pilates, Rocket Yoga and Yin Yoga. After several months practice, I became more toned and flexible learning how to listen to my body, and carrying that awareness into daily life. I’m so glad to discover Bikram Rolling Meadows and integrate Yoga in my life! Many thanks to Carla and Gordy for establishing such a marvelous yoga community!”

Dino at Active life has helped me more than any other Physical Therapist out there. When you go to Active Life you deal with a Physical Therapist (Dino), not a high school intern ! Most chain therapy clinics place you with a high school intern and your time with a Physical Therapist is little to none. AT ACTIVE LIFE YOU ARE ONE ON ONE WITH A PROFESSIONAL THERAPIST!!!! I am very active and try to avoid surgeries and meds as much as I can, Dino does an amazing job of explaining the process and getting results.
