“I'm giving 5 stars because the girl that helped me was awesome, but I was a little disappointed at the types of service they're able to provide. She did absolutely everything she could to help me with account maintenance, but was very limited to what could be done without calling customer care. It just sucks to take the time to go into the store, just to end up having to have someone call customer care for you. The girl was 100% willing to help, even though I wasn't buying anything, so that was very nice to see. When I'm ready to buy a new phone, I'd go back to this store. ”

“I have been coming here for the last 10 years that I lived in this area and never had an unpleasant experience. I went in today after looking at the hours and then seeing these bad reviews, so I had to leave this now. I was in there alone, I stood aside because I had to fill in some information that the attendant was so nice to show me for sending certified mail. Mind you there were 30 minutes left til close. And then SIX people walk in, and she kicks in to high gear all the while maintaining her pleasantness. When she sees I was done she lets me come back up and finish my transaction. Her name was LEASES (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was so pleasant and so speedy (the lady behind me also complimented her), and a perfect employee to have had instructed me WHILE attending to six other people (which of course always happens right before close). Polite to everyone while I filled my paperwork, and remained polite to me with all my questions. Thank you!”
