“Update 11/5 - something awesome happen! The owner called and wanted to know how I felt about my visit. She was concerned that I may not have enjoyed my last service. I talked and she listened. It was a great customer experience. I went back on the 5th for my facial and it was absolutely AMAZING! I didn't want to go home! Now I see what all the rave reviews were about. I thoroughly enjoy my experience and will go back again. I've lived in this area for 10yrs and this spa came highly recommended. My sister and I took the day off work and I treated us to Foot Massages. The spa was beautiful, small town feel, smelled nice, and the receptionist was friendly. My massage therapist was Kathy. Kathy asked me EVERY personal question that came to her mind - let's run through them: where do you live, where do you work, how many kids do you have, where do they go to school, where did you go to school, what city do you work in, what does your husband do, what are your kids plans after school....I didn't realize, we were on some sort of interview. Now for the foot "massage" Kathy rubbed exfoliant onto my skin, then rubbed lotion, then wrapped my feet with hot towels. THAT IS IT!!! I never got the foot massage I paid for, and the part that made me furious is that she started at 12:57p and was done at 1:12p. When I questioned her about it, she act as if she had NO IDEA what I was saying. I have an appt scheduled for a facial the week after, this experience honestly made me want to cancel but my sister said her foot massage with Amy was amazing - the best she'd ever had so I'm going to give them a 2nd chance and provide an update later.”

She truly transformed my hair and educates you on what is best for your hair type. Little did she know, I was also looking for a hair stylist for my wedding in November 2022. Kelly and her very talented team helped me with all of my glam (bridal shower & wedding day). I had so many compliments on my hair & make up for my shower, done by the talented Brittney and Mallory. Agnes, the Salon Coordinator was phenomenal at keeping everything organized, updated and very responsive to all emails. I am still dreaming about the magic Kelly and Dana worked on my bridesmaids and I. They were so patient & truly made me and my ladies feel beautiful. Honestly, I could not say enough great things about The Shop Salon & Style House.”
