(November 16, 2019, 12:45 pm)I went into the hillside location today to fix a phone line problem and I must say I am very much pleased with how they handled everything. Garret and Ms.Hawthorne(manager) were very helpful, and I really appreciate how calm and nice Garret was because I can be honest I didn’t exactly come in the store being happy with T-mobile but I left the store with a smile.

She always shows me the best promotions, but also helps me with my phone issues and questions without making me feel like a burden. She's also very engaging with all her employees which is really nice to see, how she helps them with a smile while she helps customers. I can see why she is in her position. Thanks again for all your help and thank you to your awesome team! Good job T-Mobile in providing quality staff. I always want to help Sabrina for selling me my phone yesterday. She's very pleasant.
