“The tamales are great here. I'm a tamale aficionado. Have made my own, but I'm very impressed with Jaime's versions. He has an amazing spread of vegan tamales. Not on the menu is his Chicken Mole Poblano tamales. You have to ask if he has them in stock. Nothing like them! I've shown my artwork twice at this establishment, which supports the arts. Last time I had 35 of my paintings up. Many sold. Jaime also has a poetry slam (on a semi regular basis), a comedy night and musicians often play there. I've played there with my trumpet in various combinations of accompaniment (I play jazz ---bebop).”
