“If you like the" greasy spoon" dining cuisine (which I do). You'll like Maywood Express. The food is consistent. Good or bad, take your pick. Fries are hit or miss. Hit if they are freshly cooked or miss when they are cooked then recooked to make them hot for you. Breakfast time is pretty busy so it's best to call in your order.”

“Stopped here once cause I was in the area. Food was great. Came two days in a row now and will probably go back tomorrow. I have tried something different every time and it has all been awesome. The lemon pepper seasoning is perfect. The breading awesome doesn't taste oily or overdone. They wait is usually about 15 minutes but the food comes out very hot and tastes very fresh.Will probably be back tomorrow. If this was near my house I would come here everyday until I tried everything on the menu. The staff here is also awesome. Great positive energy.”

“I've been here 3x already, the decor is nice, place is clean, however, when I ordered the cavatelli vodka sauce pasta it was cold. I'm assuming they waited to bring it out with the pizza I ordered which is why it was cold. I've ordered it in the past and it came out warm but not this time which is why I knocked off one star. Overall, pizza is delicious, bread is fresh and soft with plenty of butter! I highly recommend their carrot cake covered in white chocolate!”

I wore my Minnesota Vikings hat in the place got ribbed a little bit (all in fun ) talked football and ordered the Sloppy Joe's.......My dad made me and siblings Sloppy Joe's all the time because that's all he could really cook hadn't eaten them in years. I took a bite and it instantly took me back to my dad cooking them. A place so small with a "taste" so big . I will be driving from Memphis again soon to have the Mickey's experience.
