“I have had bk dismissed, and just started a new employer and had no transportation and no others options to get to work. Can't make money if you can't get there right? I literally would have had to walk miles to get to commuting transportation and would have cost me at least 35.00 a day in a cab or more just to get to transportation which literally cost 180.00 a month in addition. I have had a negative experience previously with other dealers who say they can help you. They give you false hopes and bait and switch once you arrive only to be deceived. Speaking to the guys at Planet Honda really made my day. The staff was excellent, and that is coming from a person who has over 35 years experience in Customer Service. When you in customer service you expect the same... and with Planet Honda the that is exactly what I received!!!!! I was pre- approved on line, told what my options were "Honestly," came in test drove, made a decision and within three hours tops driving my new car !!!! I am so happy !!!!
