“I have been going to Goality for a couple of years now. The level of professionalism, training and knowledge shown by Eric is unmatched. He takes time to answer questions from each student as well as montiors each individual during their workout to ensure proper technique and form. This is small group training which is pretty close to personal training for a fraction of the price. Every time I workout at Goality I walk out of there with every muscle group addressed. Eric is not intimidating and does not ignore his students like other trainers I have worked with.
