“Store is clean and has a great variety of things. However, if you're looking for juniors clothes, graphic tees, or toys, you're better off at the Chicago Ridge one. Staff is nice and friendly, even on black Friday. Some prices are high, but to me it's a better quality and there is constantly sales and coupons/deals if you join their rewards program (shop your way). Their store pick up is fast and painless as well. Overall, this is my go to Sears!”

“I was helped by a very nice gentleman named Javier. He was very patient and helpful. He was super helpful when it came to knowing which brand of shoes ran big or small. I had to get my son 2 different sizes for two different kind of shoes. I would have gotten the same size and later found out one pair didn't fit. Thanks to Javier I didn't have that problem. The girls on the other hand were kinda unpleasant! Not cool.Thanks Javier.”
