I hired Stanley to refinish flooring on our first floor of a home we had just purchased. I also needed two wood vents made as well as some replacement boards installed in the kitchen where cabinets had been removed. I needed this all done on super short notice. Stanley delivered quickly and the results were amazing, his quote was half of those larger companies. I also appreciated that they were willing to remove a toilet/sink to refinish floors rather than me having to hire a plumber to remove and install later (other companies wouldn't include this in their scope). “They match some online websites like Vistaprint, which makes a no brainer just to go here. You just have to go in to place the order and bring a print out of the sale at Vistaprint and they'll price match it. Bonus is that Staples has more options such as laminating posters and you'll have your order ready in a day for pick up. They messed up my posters on my first order (an inch short both L and W), but they reprinted it for free. I'll come here every time instead of having to wait for online sites to ship to me and pay a shipping fee.”

“EDIT: I've come to the realization that my initial review was emotionally driven. I should not let one experience (albeit bad) define all of them. I've been here several times before and since my review with no complaints to be had. I've been here before and I've had a good experience but my recent experience was poor enough to warrant this review unfortunately. I had arrived at 8 and they hadn't opened yet. This, to me, can be expected for a small place. It doesn't bother me. I was there first. Two ladies showed up and made a comment directly to me that no one is there yet. I walked in and waiting for them to open up. While waiting, 2 other people walked in. Both ladies helped the other 2 patrons without helping me even though i had been waiting 15 minutes and even though they made a comment directly to me acknowledging I was there first. When I was helped, I was told a butcher couldn't cut me 5lbs of unmarinated skirt steak. I essentially lost 20 minutes of my morning for absolutely nothing. I hope in the future I can increase this from 2 stars but this experience left a real sour taste in my mouth.”
