“Dr. Halihan is an excellent podiatrist. He preformed a procedure called TOPAZ Surgery for Plantars fasciitis. The surgery was on Friday Feb.23rd and by Tuesday I was walking around with no crutches. There are no stitches and you can take the dressing off after 2 days. If you are having foot issues and want to see a doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Halihan. He saved me from my couch.
