(April 12, 2022, 1:47 am)Super sweet staff. Very good customer service. Every customer who walked in was greeted, and you could tell the staff working were approachable and kind. Everything was displayed neatly even though this store- like every Hot Topic- is packed full to the gills from the ceiling to the floor! Loved all the tshirts of course and couldn't decide! The store was easy to shop due to displays and sections that were well-stocked and organized. You know what to expect from this store every time and that's what makes it great 👍🏼
(February 25, 2022, 12:35 pm)Great selection of cool anime, band, pop culture merchandise. Bit pricey but just wait for sale like buy 2 get 1 free. Shout-out to Amanda, think she is manager at this store, who helped my hubby exchange and ship a shirt, excellent customer service!
(May 16, 2019, 5:28 am)Great clothes ,lots of collectibles/ memorabilia prices are fantastic !!! Find clothes from your favorite anime and video games, I always have so much fun when I go there and tshirts are alllways buy one get half off or buy 2 get one free
