(July 17, 2021, 1:25 am)hi!! i basically come to this store like 2 times a week ever since i found out about it, and i love it. the selection of jewelry, clothes, and other things like incense and crystals is amazing. the employees are the sweetest people i’ve ever met and every time i come into the store i feel welcome and safe!! the service is great and i never leave the shop without a smile on my face! hot rags is also perfect for people such as myself who are starting to get into the whole “witchy/spiritual” type thing! (sorry i don’t know how to properly word it) anyways stop by hot rags in woodfield mall! i promise y’all won’t regret it :)
(July 16, 2021, 9:13 pm)was there a couple hours ago and got great service from both the ladies there. asked me if I needed any help or was looking for anything specific. I was looking at the piercings and the woman with black and blue hair was attentive and helped answer the couple questions I had about the piercings. the lady that cashed me out and greeted me when coming in who had purple and blue hair was also very nice and helpful. very good experience overall, would recommend, everyone was so kind and helpful!!!
