“He is a one-man show, but he does a wonderful job. You get emails of the items that need work, a picture once they are removed and a picture of the finished items. While his work is great, the greatest aspect of his service is that he does a walkaround and makes suggestions of what might be needed soon. This is not a pressure job to upsell, but alerts that something needs attention. He will be clear about what can wait, and what really needs immediate work, and he is one of the few mechanics I feel I can trust. I have been using his service for about 2 years and never had a complaint. ”

“I brought in a Mercedes Benz that was shot at. They were super attentive and their communication skills are great! Scott made sure he got our “OK” for everything. He communicated with what was going to be done throughout the whole process. Scott was super friendly. Honestly one of best costumer service I’ve ever gotten! Great work ethic skills should never go unnoticed! I really hope somebody lets Scott know how satisfied a costumer was with his costumer service! I am extremely happy! And also the two young ladies in the front desk they’re just as sweet and communicative, welcomed you with a smile and not a bitter face like many places! This place will be my to go to for any vehicle repairs from now on! And I will definitely recommend! And their work was great! The door was replaced the fuel tank and other parts on the vehicle that got hit with the bullets were replaced and I couldn’t be happier, I expected the car to be there for about 3 weeks but it was given back to me within 1 week and a half!
