“I came here for a low tire and had to buy a new one as the nail was too close to the sidewall. The prices are usually very high and they only carry 1 type of tire in stock for me. The service is good but they never dry the cars completely after barely washing them. I guess it's hard to complain since it is a complimentary service which makes sense for what you end up paying. Also the tire sale ended in October and they didn't have for November which is unusual as tires should be starting to sell alot more now for winter months. Perhaps making you pay more is their price strategy.”

“Frank is very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I had my 2017 GTI towed here due to a clutch related issue, and a boost leak. He was able to advise me with a couple options and did not pressure me into extra unnecessary services. We have 4 other vehicles (thankfully they’re not all German lol), and will be coming here for any future repairs. He is a one man shop from what I observed, and will do his best with the time he has available. Highly recommended.”

I called him yesterday around 4pm and asked him about a chip on my windshield and he met me at the place I was getting my windows tinted the next morning at 8am to take a look at my windshield and ensure it was okay to have work done to it. He didn’t charge me for taking a look at my windshield and even came to me. That speaks wonders. “Once again Steve at Untamed Auto was able to help me out and fix my truck. A little back story I bought my 2010 Ford F-150 used and the dealership gave me an aftermarket warranty. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle my transmission started slamming and bucking. I took it to Steve and he was able to diagnose that I needed a new transmission.
