Dana's follow up and keeping me informed of the status of my repairs was outstanding via telephone and text. I appreciate great customer service and was very impressed with Dana especially her work ethic, my car repair was running late, she was able to have the mechanic stay late and she waited till I arrived to make sure everything was completed. The mechanic Bryce did a great job in identifying the problems and correcting them. Thank you Dana and the Schaumburg Ford Service team!”

I needed to rent two minivans and when I pulled in the lot, I saw another car that would work better and the staff was very accommodating - price matching me for the better car. I've had some horror stories with other rental places, but not here! I was in and out within about 5 minutes for both the rental and return.
