“I was asked by a friend last May to come try her gym. I was ready to get back in shape after years of being away from the gym. But needed someone to keep me accountable to show up and Just do it!!! She said it's only 40 minutes and you will get a great workout. I was in.. PS. i dislike working out i know i need to but really dislike the LONG 2-3hour workouts that are just time consuming. I am a working Mama of 2 and need to get it done. In and out. Not Only does cross-kicks offer a power 40 minute workout, they also have on-site trainers to guide and encourage you throughout your workout and help you achieve the goals you want for yourself.
