“I absolutely love this Cricket store. The prices are amazing and you pretty much get a case with every phone you purchase. The manager there, I believe her name is Candice, she was phenomenal. She was alone in store, however, that didnt take away from her impeccable customer service. She multi-tasked like I've never seen before. She was extremely knowledgeable on plans and phones. I came in for 1 line first because my friend referred me, but by the time I left the store, I ended up switching all 5 of my lines from Verizon. She even gave me back the $125 I used for activation fees! I felt the need to leave a review after reading all the negative reviews on such a pleasant business.
