The smell of books (and the large collection of books to choose from), the movies you can choose from, plus if you get a bad disc, when you bring it back, they try cleaning it & fixing it on the spot. If not, they order a new copy so you can finish the movie when it comes in. Everyone is so friendly & helpful, I look forward to going back!”
