“I've been with this bank for several years. I don't know how much I can say I appreciate the call center staff and being rerouted and given incorrect information. Then a "Donna" in the domestic disputes department with her uncaring attitude and nonchalant behavior, 🙄 I was going to just delete everything for this account. But, when I saw they reversed the overdraft fee, I did calm down a bit more. There are some good and definitely a lot of bad.”
