“A 4- star rating because the benefits are great ! The pay is good the retirement is better then a 401/k and it should get better ! Later on ; You see their is nothing perfect in a Trucking job ! They will work you ! As much as they can and then some! Getting home is maybe one day a week and then that would be on a Sunday morning between midnight and 0400 hrs in the morning then back to work on Monday! You see they are busy ! But when it gets slow you get more home time! At some USF Holland terminal they start people at full scale but at other terminals they start them at the bottom of the pay scale it's not fair but that is what they are doing because they need DRIVERS! This is the Truth ! Not everyone is happy and you can't make everyone Happy ! We are a Trucking Company and if you need off for something they will work with you ! No one can harass you or bully you .This is a stress free company the only stress is what you put on your self! Hope you come aboard and check USF Holland out! They are better then most companies!”
