This company came to my house to replaced the battery in my vehicle, and was cheaper than all the places I called where I was going to drive to their shop. Michael called when he was on his way and showed up when he estimated he would arrive. He was very knowledgeable and to the point. He finished in less than 30 minutes, including making sure my vehicle started and diagnostics were solutioned. Definitely would recommend to my friends and would not hesitate to use again”

Everyone is simply amazing and most importantly provide great customer service. What I love the most of this place is how honest Steve and his team are. There was no taking advantage of customers as most places would when they see a woman looking for service. Because of Steve and his team, my Toyota Rav4 survived a painless 13 years. The service was efficient and had a reasonable turnaround time. “I had alot of issues with the suspension on my Lincoln Navigator and noone could figure it out or tell me whats wrong. One of my family members turned me onto Hi-tech PDR & Automotive so I figured I would give it a shot. I took my Navigator into them and talked to a very nice manager named Chris and told him what was going on. Chris assured me they would do their best at figuring out what the issue was, so i left my car there. After 2 days of troubleshooting he called me and said it was done. I went to pick it up and met the mechanic Glenn, he told me all the steps he did to fix all the problems and he was very knowledgeable. I drove it home and it drove and still is driving beautiful.
