When we arrived, Jennifer was there to greet us. She gave me everything to clean my car and started right away on my daughter. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Gave me tips to do at home and said to call if I need anything. Would highly recommend them to anyone going through the nightmare that is L.I.C.E. It is expensive, but worth every penny for the peace of mind. If you decide to do it yourself, remember, you need to get every single louse and egg on every single hair follicle. This is literally IMPOSSIBLE! If you miss even one, this starts all over again! Some insurance companies will reimburse also. ????”
