“Been with these guys for years, both auto and home (have not yet really needed them for home -- knock on wood, but do have experiences with them for car related issues)... the GOOD insurance plans are the ones who when you need them to pay up they do, the BEST ones are the ones who in addition appreciate that after a severe car accident you might be debilitated and need them to handle everything for you... these guys are the best. I was bedridden for a few weeks after my last accident and I was so happy with allstate that I'd have hugged them. Ryan Cross is a small mom and pop type office but the people working there seem to always remember who I am even though we've never met in person. I have a particular fondness for the woman Mildred who works there, it's like talking to an aunt who cares about me and my well being.”
