“This is one of those places where you will be disappointed with something at some point. They run out of things a lot (15 minutes wait for teriyaki chicken). It depends on who you get on how much food you'll get. Some give you very little and some give you more. They're often slow and it's worse if they have online orders. For some reason, the chow mein frequently tastes burnt at this location. Sometimes you get lucky and other times it isn't great. It's fast food. And you get a nice variety with the bigger plate for around $12. I've never had any serious issues here.”

“Crispy hash - just the way I like it. This is one of my favorite breakfast restaurants. From the cozy open fireplace to the excellent service it’s all good. The wait staff is attentive. You know how sometimes you are given a small cup of water and expected to gently nurse from it the entire meal? Not here. The pancakes are average compared to the various breakfast places. This means they are good but nothing special. The skillets and other dishes is where they shine!”

Most subways are hit and miss with whether they will get your custom online order right or not, but this location did it perfectly. It was ready for me to pick up on time, friendly people are working there, and the sandwiches and special instruction requests were followed. “Have been here a few times now and the food is great. A go to I would have to say is the steak tacos. Add a slice of avocado on them and it's the perfect touch. Burgers are also a good go to as well. The Kobe beef burger was also pretty enjoyable as well. Wide selection of craft beers on tap plus a selection of bottled beer. Can not wait til my next visit here food and the staff are great.”

“Each year we use Buca for our Annual holiday dinner party and always with good success. We get a semi-private area and our own waiter. A pre-selected menu is determined well in advance and eliminates wasted time and delay. Buca does provide some gluten free and dairy free food for those on restricted diets. The Italian atmosphere and music add to the overall experience. All thirty guest from Lake Michigan Sailing Club had a fun time and enjoyed the food and wine. “I went here knowing it would great from previous visit to BFM first location. We ordered chilean sea bass and it was seared perfectly. Fresh oysters appetizer. The new location is massive and elegant. I’m happy it’s closer to us now and we can visit more often. Great job again and I can’t wait to experience the out patio in summer.”
