I drove pass a closer store because this garden center always has better product and now I know they also have OUTSTANDING customer service as well. I bought some BIG conifers. Rocco was so helpful and patient loading my carts. Courtney was great at making sure I got all the correct prices. And when I said, it will fit in my car, Rocco didn't believe me, but was like, hey let's try. And with Chad's help it all fit. It was close! Poor Chad was just walking by and half kidding I said, wana help, and he was all in! Rocco took extra care to wrap and tape items. “We needed advice on fixing an electrical problem in our recently remodeled bathroom. We went as far as checking with an electrician and getting a very expensive estimate for what we knew was less than 30 minutes of work. We threw up a Hail Mary of sorts and dropped into this Home Depot on Cicero in Alsip to ask advice. We found Electric Mike. Mike listened patiently, asked a few questions and gave us a quick tutorial on home wiring. We bought a new switch and sure enough, it took us less than a half hour to get the lights in the bathroom to work again. Mike is a hero!! If you have any questions about home wiring go see this guy!!”

“I am very lucky to have had Paul explaining how a CPAP machine works. He was very thorough, showed me exactly how the equipment worked, specifically how to clean the various parts of the device, and he was able to show me exactly how everything was supposed to fit. At first I was concerned that I would have to shoot a video while he was showing me everything just in case it was hard to follow. Alas, that was not the case and I believe I have a very good understanding of how to use the device properly, clean it properly, and maintain it for longevity. This facility was very clean, very organized, and the people were very polite.”
