I came across G&L and read the reviews since I'm big on reviews. I called George and explained the situation and told him that I would get the car towed to him. He was extremely nice and was very knowledgeable about the warranty process..... the communication was the best part besides the work itself....even the receptionist ( :( sorry don't know her name) but she was aware of the situation as well and was able to help me out when I called.
