“Thank you to Rocco, Chad and Courtney at the Garden Shop in the Alsip store. I drove pass a closer store because this garden center always has better product and now I know they also have OUTSTANDING customer service as well. I bought some BIG conifers. Rocco was so helpful and patient loading my carts. Courtney was great at making sure I got all the correct prices. And when I said, it will fit in my car, Rocco didn't believe me, but was like, hey let's try. And with Chad's help it all fit. It was close! Poor Chad was just walking by and half kidding I said, wana help, and he was all in! Rocco took extra care to wrap and tape items. Everyone was so pleasant and professional; I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.”

“MY transmission went out on my Honda Accord and since I was new to the area I was looking for an reputable shop since it was going to be a warranty repair. I came across G&L and read the reviews since I'm big on reviews. I called George and explained the situation and told him that I would get the car towed to him. He was extremely nice and was very knowledgeable about the warranty process..... the communication was the best part besides the work itself....even the receptionist ( :( sorry don't know her name) but she was aware of the situation as well and was able to help me out when I called.
