He was very patient and explained everything he was doing as he worked with me. His team was very helpful as well. I have had several awful experiences with Tmobile which was caused by an Associate in the Lincolnwood Tmobile store in April of 2019. I have been very disappointed with several encounters with other Tmobile stores and their team of associates. Fernando restored my trust with Tmobile.”
