I went to Lowe's to get my Craftsman ultity knife replaced.
I believe his name is Mark in the tools he was helpful.
Susan I think she was a manager rang me out.
Also the casher was helpful ,but I didn't get her name

Way way better than the Cheap-O-Depot. Excellent service from the floor staff. Like any major retail home improvement store needs a magic fix for finding items easily.

One of the employees, Cooper, was extremely helpful. He not only took the time to climb up ladder, verify he had the correct product we wanted, but also explained where we could go to to get our broken product fixed or buy the part and fix ourselves. Great job!!

We had the best help from a gentleman named Scott. We were taking on a dishwasher project and he helped us sort through what all we needed to change our fittings. With out you we would have been lost. The staff here have always been super polite and helpful. Above and beyond service!!!
