I drove pass a closer store because this garden center always has better product and now I know they also have OUTSTANDING customer service as well. I bought some BIG conifers. Rocco was so helpful and patient loading my carts. Courtney was great at making sure I got all the correct prices. And when I said, it will fit in my car, Rocco didn't believe me, but was like, hey let's try. And with Chad's help it all fit. It was close! Poor Chad was just walking by and half kidding I said, wana help, and he was all in! Rocco took extra care to wrap and tape items. Everyone was so pleasant and professional; I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.”

I won't let the fact that it's not open 24 hours detract from the score as I have never woken up in the middle of the night with an urgency or emergency that required me running to a local big box store. ???? ???? 4 self-checkout registers are available for the DIYers. This Target serves my needs and meets or exceeds my expectations. Thank goodness for brick and mortar stores like Target that serve the needs of individuals and families too. ???? ???? ???? ????”

“We needed advice on fixing an electrical problem in our recently remodeled bathroom. We went as far as checking with an electrician and getting a very expensive estimate for what we knew was less than 30 minutes of work. We threw up a Hail Mary of sorts and dropped into this Home Depot on Cicero in Alsip to ask advice. We found Electric Mike. Mike listened patiently, asked a few questions and gave us a quick tutorial on home wiring. We bought a new switch and sure enough, it took us less than a half hour to get the lights in the bathroom to work again. Mike is a hero!! If you have any questions about home wiring go see this guy!!”
