“To start, the receptionist was very kind, warm and welcoming. Upon entering she greeted us and told us she would be right with us as she was finishing up with a patient. She introduced herself by name and welcomed me to the office since it was my first time there. If I could give Dr. Matheu 10 stars I would, he’s genuine, caring and knowledgable. I told him the symptoms I was having and he thoroughly examined me. He ordered lab work for me as he wanted to be certain of what we were dealing with prior to treating me. This was refreshing as other doctors I’ve worked with begin treating me without fully understanding the situation which results in trial and error treatments. What I enjoyed most was that the Doctor didn’t write off what I had to say. You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and enjoys what he does.”
