Unfortunately, the screw that holds the driver head in place cracked about 15 swings in. I had been careful not to over tension so I suspect the screw had flaw. Called customer support, explained the situation, and had a replacement order on its way within 10 minutes. Bummed that it broke in the first place, but I'm happy getting a replacement was so easy.”
