“I love potbelly! That said the reason I only gave 4 stars is because the staff at this location could be a little more friendly. They could also be a little more efficient with their time. And for the second time at this location I noticed that the staff were having trouble working together and getting things done and on time. For instance when we were leaving a women came in for her pick up order and they hadn't even started yet.”
