“Dr. Wolf's work and bedside service is amazing. Dr. Wolfe made the experience comfortable for me and even made a personal call to follow-up post surgery. The billing department could be better. Both of my visits were emergency visits; the office had my insurance information during the second visit and still wanted me to pay up front. They are a little aggressive and my insurance company notified me that they billed for the same tooth for two different visits. Obviously, you can't pull the same tooth twice; it required that I do follow up(where the billing manager was a little short with me) and submit paperwork that I should not have had to but overall the oral surgery went well. I would recommend for painless and professional procedures.”

The grounds are nice. Used to be very nice 14 years ago. But trees die. So why my 4 stars? Every morning in MY building (130) I pass the door to where we dump our garbage bags. Every day for many months I pass the door and it is literally over flown with garbage bags on the floor. I invite friends over and what do they see?!? GARBAGE BAGS all over the hallway at the garbage door!!! It smells. It's DISGUSTING! I have had fellow 1st floor neighbors asking me to join... something... to stop this.”

“My mom has been in The Radcliff since November of 2020. We went into the Covid Lockdown right around then. The staff at the Radcliff did so much to keep her comfortable and safe, and we were very grateful for their help. The Radcliff is the best decision we ever made regarding my mom's well being. Her meals are wonderful, she has many new friends. But the supporting staff in the real deal. Everyone from the Cafe, housekeeping, front desk, staff contractors, activity people, the nurses....they all know my mom. Kindness and care is what Alan and his crew give out at the Radcliff. They are really good at it too.”
