But Yuki made it such an easy application process. For the last year or so I have been thinking about opening an online account, but didn't have the confidence to do it myself. Pure Point, by having physical offices, makes it so easy. After Yuki established our account, Milos, the center manager , walked us thru the entire process of the online account. He answered all our questions, and made sure we were well trained. The next day, Yuki called me to see if I had any questions or problems. In all my years of banking, I have never had such a great experience. Pure Point has great rates, but even greater employees. If you are a senior, and a little afraid to open an online account, they are your go to bank.”

“This location is professional. Especially Andrea! Who attended me when I got off work and needed to cash out my check. I remember that I didn’t have my debit card or state Id but lucky enough Andrea asked me if I had Apple Pay on my iPhone and I said yes. At that time I didn’t have service but Andrea also told me that they had WiFi and I learned two things that day. That chase had Apple Pay and WiFi! I was so excited and happy. Her customer service and her memory of knowing about chase is excellent! I bring good hopes for her and the company!”

“Quick, fully automated. A teller is available if needed but not necessary. A nice high tech addition to the bank that makes simple ATM activities even simpler with simple easy to understand instructions and touchscreen operating system. I like it better than the old ones that were a challenge to figure out if it was doing what you wanted it to and this shows you everything you need to see so there are no doubts it's working properly. Not a hard sell considering just about all of us use these multiple times a month or per week. But I really do like the new ones!!”
