“Luciano's does quality work. They were willing to start quickly on refinishing our 25 year hardwood. He has high grade professional equipment to give quality results with good products. The dustless system they use is worth the extra cost compared to other companies that do not have quality systems like that. Our home had heavy wear marks from past owners, once he was complete you can not even tell they where there. He went above what other companies do, by filling in a large amount of gaps that we had in our flooring. He finished in a timely manner like he estimated it would take.”

“A friend and I recently went to a tiling class here because we both want to install a backsplash in our kitchens. Pete was the instructor and I have to say he made the experience fun AND educational! He had a great sense of humor and he was very good about going step by step and clearly showing us exactly what to do with whatever type of tile we decided to use. He had us participate as well, cutting and placing the tile. He showed us which tools to use and how to obtain them and emphasized how cleaning as you go was the most important part! We really enjoyed this class and would definitely recommend others taking it. I feel like I can go home and tile the backsplash with ease. Even better, Pete told us if we have questions as we go along, we can send an email and he can call us directly to help us through any issues we may be having. It was a pleasure watching him work and hearing his tiling stories. I almost want to take the class again just to hang with Pete! The store itself was beautiful and had an incredible variety of tile to choose from. Jonathan was a great help when I was trying to determine which tile would be best for my style of kitchen.
