“My initial review of this place was poor, to say the least. I've been bringing my vehicles here since 2009 and had received poor service in the last 6 months or so. Well, Dan at Friendly Ford reached out to me after my review was posted and offered to make things right. My husband brought his car back here to have his 12V power outlets and radio (My Ford Touch) looked at again as well as an oil change and tire rotation. He was greeted nicely and treated well upon arriving. When they realized it would take a couple days to receive a part to repair his radio, Friendly Ford arranged a complimentary rental vehicle to use while his car remained in their shop. We brought the car in on Friday and picked it up the following Monday. All is working as expected and our service adviser JR was very helpful. Dan even followed up with me to make sure we were happy. We feel satisfied with the service received this time around and I will continue bringing my vehicle into this dealership as this is the service I have come to know and appreciate over the years. Thank you!”

“Wing Hing is one of the best underrated Chinese places in the area. I have a hard time getting comparable Chinese food anywhere else as the food preparation here is very flavorful, tasty and savory. The portions are very generous and the prices are low. The Spicy Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, and Shrimp Lo Mein are some of my favorites, along with the extra crispy Crab Rangoons and delicious Won-Ton soup. The owners are really friendly and have been in business for a long time. I have been coming here for over a decade and anyone I bring to try it out has agreed that the taste is superb. Cash Only”

“I was getting ready to sell my home in Wheaton where we lived for nearly 30 years. The house was in solid shape, but needed some updating. Pat came out and gave me excellent suggestions and advice. First and foremost he mended the outside deck and re stained it.. It looked great! He then suggested power washing the entire house. What a difference! The house glowed and showed beautifully for perspective buyers. He also did some cosmetic work on the inside as well. The worked was performed in a timely manner giving me the opportunity to get it ready for sale. My house sold 6 days after it went on the market very close to the price I was asking. I attribute this to the awesome work Pat performed. It was absolutely worth the investment of Pat's work.”

It is truly impressive what he is able to accomplish compared to another place I won't mention in so much less time, # of visits and time spent at the office. I cannot say enough great things about the entire staff as well. Dr. Chapple is so kind and knowledgeable. He truly listens to you. Terry & Mary are so fun & lovely to talk to when you walk in and while you are checking in & checking out or even just waiting to be seen.
