“This is long overdue. I'm sorry. I got my glasses back in January of this year. I'm still not completely happy with both pairs of my glasses, but I am happy with the service I received from Jenny and Felicia. One pair of glasses still doesn't fit quite right, and I will come in to get them adjusted when I have time. When I first got my glasses, they weren't sitting on my face well because I have no nose bridge due to my Asian genes. I thought I had to exchange both glasses for different pairs. I spoke to Jenny when I was about to exchange my glasses, and she saved me from having to change my glasses! Jenny adjusted the nose piece on both pairs, and now all of a sudden they weren't touching my cheeks and constantly fogging up. The problem was fixed! If you have any issues with your glasses, please see Jenny. She is the best! My other glasses were adjusted by Felicia, and she was also very helpful and kind. Thank you ladies for all of your help :)”
