The estimator was "Vanessa" and she arrived on time and called me a half hour before arrival (as was previously agreed) was courteous, explained herself very well and in my opinion was knowledgeable of her job. She answered my questions and showed concern for my opinions. Bottom line is I'm satisfied with the way she handled this appointment with me. She seems very professional. “I learned about Shamek and Craftline Construction Inc. from a Architect and General contractor thatI had been using for the past twenty years.We had an old Cedar shake roof that was thirty years old and was leaking in several spots arround the house along with leaks on the flat roofs and sky lights.Craftline did an amazing job they tore off the old roofs and installed new roofs on the entire house.They replaced the skylights and replaced damaged gutters.The crew was efficient,polite and respectful. They do excellent work in a timely manner.They also cleanup every scrap and nail when they are finished! I am completely satisfied with the job they did. “OmniSpect Inc. in Roselle, Illinois put a roof on my home October 26th, 2019. It rained that day for 12 hours and he didn’t cover my roof properly..he caused a lot of damage to my home. The village inspector failed my bay window twice now. The owner is VERY uncooperative and doesn’t want to fix it and when I phone him he hangs up on me. I’m taking every step to get my house back to the way it was. This company is horrible and a nightmare! Don’t use them”

He is really friendly and explains things in great details. He is very knowledgeable about roofing and siding damage. He took the time to not only explain the damage to my siding and roofing but was able to debunk many fears and worry about filing a claim with the insurance company. He worked with my insurance claim adjuster to ensure I had an accurate damage assessment report to provide to the insurance company. When the insurance company approved my claim worked begin almost immediately. He provided me with a details itinerary and his worker did a beautiful job. I now have a brand new roof and siding. Excel Home Exteriors made it possible for me not to have pay anything out of pocket. The workers were very professional and did a quality job.
