“I thought Dr. Miller was very nice and thorough when seeing him about my left foot. The only thing I didn't like was the reception area. There were several gals there. I stood there waiting for a few minutes and none of them paid any attention. I felt like I was being ignored. I know they saw me. I thought that was very strange. Finally, one of them asked if they could help me. I don't think that was professional for any of them not to notice I was waiting and not say anything. I was right there in front of them. The professional thing to say if busy would be for one of them to say they would be with me shortly or such.”

We love everyone we have encountered over the 2+ years we have been going for our two children. We first met Dr. Joseph at Hinsdale hospital when our first son was born there in 2019. We have seen her for just about every appointment since with both our children. “I went to see Dr Patel for my lower back pain. Turns out I needed two disc replacements and it was bone on bone and I was in severe pain. Dr Patel was so kind and patient. After trying a couple of things for relief, I was scheduled for surgery. I had to have a disc replaced through my stomach area, one through my hip area and then screws and rods through my back. As extreme as this was, Dr Patel was by my side right after surgery, held my hand and reassured me everything went great and worked on managing my pain. Dr Patel and his team were the best of the best I've ever had for those month's I recovered. They were available either right away or called me right back. They also helped me tremendously with issues I had with disability while I was off work. Dr Patel's follow up appointments were always great. On time, patient and he genuinely cares about your feelings. I want to thank you Dr and your staff for taking such good care of me. I am now fused and can walk with ease. I am forever grateful!”
