“my experience was like no other, meaning excellent! I had a trimalleor fracture of my left ankle and went to Edwards ER. They basically wrapped it and instructed me to call Dr. Toolan's office. Before I could even do that, he called me at home THAT EVENING to get additional information. He saw me the next day, as my pain was excruciating. He arranged a surgery THAT DAY AT Edwards where he did an initial surgery to align one of the broken bones, so the pain would not be as intolerable. My second surgery was scheduled a few days later in the Woodridge location, however, the day before surgery his office called to tell me my insurance was out of network for DULY. His AMAZING scheduler, then contacted my HMO and found out that the only location I could have the surgery, that accepted my insurance, was Edwards Hospital. Dr. Toolan rearranged his surgery schedule so he could perform my surgery as planned. I ended up staying two days at Edwards as it was a complicated break. Dr. Toolan visited me each day to check in on pain, gave instructions to the nurse as to the elevation he wanted my leg, and took about 30 mins. to explain what he saw during the procedure. Dr. Toolan and his staff were amazing. Like no other!!!!!!”

“The Salt Creek center is on time, fast, well organized and efficient, with a skilled staff. It is set up to get patients in and out safely and comfortably with minimal wait time. It is not a nursing facility so you will leave as soon as it is safe for you to go. Arrange for care and recovery at home. So nice to get a call from both the nurse and the doctor the next day. Had no problem parking at 7am but be aware that it will become limited later. Excellent experience with the center, its staff, and Dr. Ghodasra. Thank you everyone.”

“Before my orthopedic doctor retired, I asked him for the name of a doctor in the group for a follow up. He recommended to me Dr. Labriola. I had an appointment with her and I expressed my desire to have my hand surgery done to relieve the pressure and pain of the arthritis. She was very professional, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable. She explained to me in detail what is involved and the post op needed for therapy after the surgery. I had several question before the surgery. Her staff answered my concerns and she called me personally to explain and discuss what her staff couldn’t. On the day of surgery, she talked with me before and after the surgery assuring me that everything was going well. I saw her a few weeks after the surgery, removed the semi-hand cast and stitches and let me start OT right away. There is nothing I can say but all positive about Dr. Labriola, before, during, and after the surgery. I highly recommend her.”

“I love this place. I injured my ankle back in November of 2021 and have seen little to no healing progress. I saw two doctors, wear my boot, had plenty of imaging, and went to physical therapy weekly for over six months. I had all but given up hope when I was encouraged to contact Dr. Ho's practice. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the day after I called (huge!) and Dr. Ho quickly created a great plan for how to actually help me. The staff was outstanding, from the check-in desk to the physicians. Watching individuals working at the front desk so kindly interact with patients was very encouraging. I particularly loved my PA, Rebecca, who was excellent at explaining what they saw in my images and really listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Ho was also notably personable and professional, which can be difficult to find in an orthopaedic doctor.
