(September 11, 2023, 9:14 am)I rented for 10 weeks in a row from the Naperville Hyatt. Joffrey was so pleasant, and customer service-focused, it was great to see! For example, the Avis changed the opening hours from 7am to 8am, however, I still needed to pick-up the car at 7am. Joffrey came in early to makes sure I was able to pick up my rental for 8 weeks. This is the type of customer service that Avis needs. Thank you Joffrey - I will definitely rent from there again.

(June 21, 2023, 2:52 pm)To my surprise, it was a great experience. The guy who rented car to me was very polite and friendly. He provided me with an excellent vehicle - a new Nissan Rogue. Now, I will be a loyal customer of Avis because the well-known "yellow" car rental service has been disappointing me with their service. Thank you, Avis, for this.
