“We have rented four 12 passengers van at this location and staff (Jose and Angie) were very friendly and accommodating. Even though we reserve them under Priceline, we were not guaranteed to get all four at the same location, so we are very thankful to Jose for finding vans and get them at his location. Jose was very professional, accommodating and provided the assistance needed at the time needed. I would highly recommend him and this location for future need. I was also offered after hour location at O'Hare, which shows great customer service.”
