Green Trails

Maria helped me find my home and it’s perfect! She took the time to explain everything to me and told me all about the events they have for the community. I love having a washer/dryer in my apartment and the walk in closet is a plus! I enjoy using the fitness center and I can’t wait to use the pool next summer.

I visited Green Trails and also attended one of their fun resident events and I must say this would be a great place to live!! The property is very clean and everyone there was very nice, especially Maria the Assistant Property Manager. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Maria is very kind and has the most friendliest personality! I would definitely recommend Green Trails to anyone looking to live at a nice apartment complex with a great staff.

I have been living at Green Trails for over 5 years now. Nice and quiet place to live! The staff is great, especially Maria I came to her with issue regarding my apartment and she took the time to sit with me and figure out a solution. She made me feel like she really cared and wanted to help, for that I am grateful. Keep up the outstanding work!

I have lived here for several years, and haven’t had any issues. The property is always clean and well manicured.
The location is close to everything- grocery stores, restaurants, expressways. I have moved out 3 months ago, but I still miss Green Trails complex.
The office staff is nice, friendly and professional, especially Maria, she is very helpful and understanding , I have had a professional and personal caring experience with her and anything to do with leasing.
Maintenance is also great and quickly repairs anything that needs fixing.
I highly recommend this long term home stay.

I’ve been at Green Trails for nearly two years now and am very happy with the experience so far. The location is very nice, management has been great, and I’ve particularly been impressed with maintenance. Mark and Don have always taken care of everything I need and have been fantastic. There have literally been some requests that were fixed within that very same hour after I submitted them. Highly satisfied with that and the community thus far.
