“I was a reluctant or skeptical patient at first when I decided to take the advice of family/friends to make an appointment with Dr Mira. I was suffering from neck pain, tingling in my left arm, and loss of feeling in 3 fingers of my left hand. I had been to pain management clinic, received trigger point shots, received Physical therapy treatment, and was contemplating a 4-segment cervical spine fusion surgery in February 2017 as none of those remedies provided lasting relief. So I went to Dr Mira and after 6 weeks of treatment in the form of ultrasound, massage, traction, and specifically targeted exercises, I regained feeling in my fingers, I could sleep again, I no longer needed nerve pain meds, and the tingling and pain subsided.
