You have to realize that at a certain point YOU are going to have to deal with the other insurance company. An agent only does so much. If you know that they are a client then you know what insurance company you have to deal with. If not, you contact YOUR agent. Ralphs a straight shooter and I'm thinking you should have been dealing with your agent instead of bad mouthing a decent guy.
